Can any representative or Senator make an accusation and be taken seriously by the media?

No...

Can you accuse someone of being a "lefty" or socialist and destroy them in the media?

Yes...

Can you PROVE that someone is a facist and get the same result?

No...

Randall Terry is carzy. His ex wife thinks so. His ex church thinks so. He probably isn't even allowed to sign contracts yet he is on TV talking about Terry Schaivo. There are people on the left just as nutty as Randall Terry but I don't see them on MSNBC. I don't see anyone talking about radio controlled planes flying into the WTC. When there were crazy rumors about Clinton spread by people like Jerry Falwel we heard about them on the news. Usually discussing whther the rumor was true or whether it just showed how unpopular Clinton was with Christian in this country. So unpopular that they were willing to risk hell by lying about him. He must be bad if they are willing to do that. did anyone see a story about the woman who accussed Bush of raping her? She was obviously crazy but Paula Jones was obviuosly lying and that didn't stop her case from going forward.

Do peoplein this country even know who Richard Mellon Scaife is? Or his impact on the last elected President's administration? But we all know about Move On and George Soros.

Here is the point....If Randall Terry can get on TV then why not Noam Chomsky? Chomsky has never been diagnosed as insane, as afar as I know.

Any right wing Congressman that rants against a liberal can get airtime no matter how nuts they are, remember Bob Dornan? Did any of you ever see Henry Gonzalez anywhere but on CSpan?
