Please, don't sell me on the importance of what the minutes are about. I'm there. I'm talking about the corporate media. What's in it for them?

They all but ignored the Sensenbrenner hissy fit. Had it been Howard Dean, it would have been replayed endlessly all weekend. It took a massive web effort just to get C-SPAN3 to cover the hearings. And you expect Brian Williams to be leading with this?

Now maybe if Michael Jackson came in and thanked the folks or Conyers becomes an alien in mid questioning or Rove comes charging into the hearings and throws himself at the mercy of the committee, this story will get a mention here or there, but little else.

Look at all the other distractions going on. Hate radio's been rabid on Dick Durbin all day. There's still fall out about the Schaivo crap and the vast majority of the sheeple couldn't give a shit.
