Did this day mark a powerful stand for democracy by "the people"?
Did we, "the people", by pressure on and inspiration of those representatives who are driven by being civil servants, exercise our power and save the ideal of "democracy" by taking a stand against the corporate tyranny which has calculatively imposed its will via fraud ON ALL OF US?

Are we living in and through a turning point in, not only this nation's history but also a history that impacts upon ALL humanity?

Is this day the first day of both the end of one historical phase and the beginning of a new page in all our lives?

Today, I told my son that he is living in pivotal historic events he will not understand until he is at least ten years older. *LOL* He agreed.

2. Not yet! We'll have to see where all this goes.
Every bit of negative news is good, but it's going to have to get a whole lot stronger to really make any pivital change.

5. True. We are involved in actively turning the page.
The fight is certainly not over. No doubt about that. After all, we are facing an opponent willing to betray their own people in order to get what they want,...for themselves and their own personal interests. They apparently have NO moral or honorable attachments to their own country (and their exploitations have divided the world and created the very hatred we are forced to bear by their predatory exploitations of people around the world over the last 35+ years).

Incredible, isn't it, that we are finding ourselves fighting a leadership willing to exploit and spend us,...in this country, this "light of liberty" and hope for democracy.

These bastards are prepared to sell us out. They are already working on selling us to the highest bidder and working hard, VERY HARD, to con our people while selling them down the river.

They do NOT give a shit about anyone other than themselves. They are the lowest denominator of human potential. They are a dark destructive human disease to both humanity and,...life.

4. I obviously do not have that part of the brain
that could make me think like that.

I'm so blown away by such a question, I don't even know how to answer it. I can't even comprehend it.

A turning point in human history because of a hearing? A stand against the corporate tyranny that has us in its pocket? By having a hearing?

I know this forum likes being optimistic about anything against the PNAC administration, but wow. We had pictures of Abu Graib, and we're still torturing people. We had the August 6th PDB, and nothing ever happened. Why would some minutes from a meeting, along with a hearing about them, stop globocorp tyranny?

I don't even know how to end this reply.
