Frist stalls on Bolton vote again....
Earlier this week, Sen. Frist planned to have another cloture vote on Bolton today. Well, he didn't. Instead he delayed, saying he'd have it on Monday, saying that if negotiations with Democrats progressed over the weekend, he may not move on Bolton's nomination until later next week.

Sen. Biden says the Dems have the votes to hold firm on the filibuster.

FRIST DOES NOT HAVE THE VOTES TO WIN A CLOTURE VOTE ON BOLTON!

Time is on our side....
