1. He's moved an ammendment past....

Rebuking sensenbrenner....It could lead to a showdown, which makes the chairman relinquish powers to someone else. Not sure, what he did was in violation of House Rules. (sens)

Nadler did present a resolution to demand that Sensenbrenner call new hearings and allow the witnesses to testify. I think that was yesterday. They didn't take any action on the resolution yet though.

Is that what it was?
