7. One great way to make signs
Is to take plastic colorful cups and spell messages in the fences above freeways - the cups are cheap, they are well seen, and they are a pain to dismantle and more likely to be left alone.

8. Here's a sign tip I got from a friend who happens to be a police officer.
Fluorescent lime green signs with black lettering are the most visible. Lime green beats any other color, hands down.
