Might Oprah do a show on military recruiters tricking kids?

Except for the potential political content, this is right up Oprah's alley, warning parents about dangers to their families and children.

Isn't there some way to get greater awareness of this situation?

3. Tell the kids

to get everything they are promised in writing. If it's not in writing it never happened. The Army is notorious for promising one thing and delivering another. This is advice I got from several Army officers I spoke with back when I almost joined the Army's warrant officer flight training program.

I could care less what Oprah does.

She must have gotten 3000 emails and phone calls on the issue and completely ignored it. Not a peep from her.

On the recruiter issue. Don't hold your breath. She's a good buddy of AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHnold and Maria. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHnold supports the war. Oprah won't go there. Oprah helped get AHHHHHHHHHHHnold in as Governor...just as a small favor to her good friends. :eyes:
