At best, he ignored the warnings of an imminent attack, because Clinton got head. At worst, he and his gang of thugs brought down the WTC to scare the shit out of everyone so they could achieve the biggest power grab in history.
He lives and breathes 9/11. In an attempt to keep everyone scared brainless, he speaks of it endlessly. He basks in its wondrous glory, as it continues to enable and maintain whatever power he has left. It is the highlight of his p*Residential legacy.
