Ok everyone, lift me up!
I hear everyone saying that the repub ship is sinking. Numbers are said to be down in every area. What has changed in the last few months? I see nothing. In fact these same people were pretty sure Kerry would now be president.

The '06 election is around the corner. What happens if they pick up further seats? I see it as more than likely because the people are in a deeper sleep than they were in '04. Why will those who voted for the first time and now feel their vote wasn't counted vote in a non-presidential election? The off year elections are traditionally a downer with fewer voters turning out. The energy level in our party seems to have ebbed greatly, while the choir on the right sings louder than ever.

If they pick up seats, expect the marriage amendment to pass as well as more anti-environment legislation.

Don't even get me started on the courts. A Dem with a backbone is rather rare. If they take another shellacking they may become more meek. You can bid Roe Vs. Wade good bye.

'08 is even further away but a Cheney/Rice presidency haunts my dreams.

I honestly believe the only two things that can stir the public is a draft, 15% unemployment, or a true deep depression. Some see all these on the horizon. I hope not, and I have reservations about whether any will take place before '08.

2. Well, with the Diebold fix all, it definately makes one worry
sign this petition and feel a little better.

If it makes you feel better plenty of rednecks in MS are getting pissed, cuz they can't afford gas.

Only one direction to point that finger, and they seem to be doing it. Plus Fahreheit 9/11 is often out at our small town video store.

Keep your chin up, we love you:)

3. Sheesh, you need lifting up -
Look, first of all, whatever happens, we're not going anywhere. Whatever happens, we'll be fine.

R - E - L - A - X

bush will implode. this arrogant, anti-freedom, anti-democracy bullshit will not stand. IT WILL NOT STAND.

Our democracy is alive and kicking, if not well. Look at what Conyers is doing. Look at what at least 122 House memebers are thinking. They know. They know about the lies, the bullshit war and resulting mass murder, they know they were lied to. America knows it was lied to.

Not many in this country want what we're doing, or where we're heading.

We're alive. We are doing something.

Realx. It will be ok.

being cleared out of the way before the election.

Be assured they will find some scapegoats to victimize (gays, hollywood, trial lawyers, imigrants, etc.) and get the sheeple's minds off the real issues.

Republicans are always down in the polls, until they bring the scapegoats out and start their attacks.
