3. Bill Clinton didn't lie about a war that has killed thousands |
|
Bill Clinton didn't provide no bid contracts for his buddies
Bill Clinton didn't choose a running mate who is clearly compromised
Bill Clinton didn't create more government, he reduced government
Bill Clinton worked with the UN, not against it
Bill Clinton was welcomed by other countries, no protestors
Bill Clinton didn't sit on his ass in a kiddie classroom reading a goddamn book while Americans were being bashed against a building!
And on and on...
Did I or do I agree with everything re: Bill Clinton/ No!
But I didn't hate him and I really feel hatred of George Bush, his policies, his cabinet, and his lack of leadership.

(even though that's all they complain about) but the lying under oath. Fact is, you can't separate the two. Years from now when a child asks why President Clinton was impeached, the first response might be "Because he lied under oath." But when the child asks the follow-up question "What did he lie about," it is then that the absurdity of it all will be clear. Even to a child.
Here's a little tongue twister for the kiddies:
"President Clinton was impeached by a partisan House purely for political purposes"
