Isn't the title of his book "Losing bin Laden: How Bill Clinton's Failures Unleashed Global Terror?
The sentence that you just uttered that the lion's share belongs with Clinton and the Clinton years, I don't even think I'd say that. I'd say that Clinton and the Clinton administration is largely responsible but I would not say solely.
