Ok I stopped in at Drudge today but you knew they were going to try and discredit the DSM and it has begun.

I will just give up and go crawl under a rock if they succeed.

1. In a way, that's good
because they are acknowledging that the contents are damaging. I think it's too late for them to discredit it. It also shows that they are afraid of the contents. (I was worried that they were going to enter a bunch of fictitious names on the petition , then discredit that.)

3. How are they going to discredit all the other leaked documents ...
Edited on Sun Jun-19-05 10:23 PM by BattyDem

including the ones that have yet to be leaked? Let's face it ... the dam is beginning to break in the UK. In order to discredit every official UK government document that gets released, they'll have to discredit the UK government itself - which wouldn't be a smart thing to do, considering the fact that they are our only ally in the war.

7. It doesn't worry me at all.....
I believe Americans are past the point of "hoping" GW is innocent of this crime. Until a few weeks ago it seemed no matter the wrongs attributed to this Administration, the people would latch onto any excuse, no matter how far-fetched, that would let the monkey off the hook.

In this case they have to ask themselves, "If the memos are total bunk, why haven't the two Administrations (Blair and Bush) reacted as though they were?"

Drudge is dutifully doing what the defense did in the Rodney King trial. Remember? If you looked at the King clip full speed, the poor man was getting the hell beat out of him by cowardly cops. But, the defense isolated frames for the jury showing Rodney King's arm in a certain position and declaring that King was in the motion to prepare to assault the cops.

Let Drudge talk and take his true believers through some mental calesthenics that help them to arrive where he is on the Downing Street Minutes. We just need to keep playing the truth at regular speed to the American public. I believe they're starting to finally get it and they're pissed.

8. this is one of the reasons we need to take a multi-pronged approach
We need to focus on the following:

DSM
Ohio Coingate which will lead to...
Blackwell and the fact he had access to the central tabulators
Ray Lemme (about to break open Jeb's work on voting machines who was brutally murdered) :

10. Not to mention
PNAC & MIHOP. It all connects. How early were they calling for pre-emptive war? 1998 Vulcan letter to Clinton. 1999 Bush comment to biographer. 2000 call for "New Pearl Harbor." 9/11/2001....

It could ALL fall down around their elephantine ears.
