I've got a GREAT website for bush voters!
https://www.goarmy.com/contact/send_for_info.jsp?hmref=cs

It's easy! They just enter some information and the Army sends them a packet in the mail. Then of course they get contacted by a recruiter. Repeatedly.

It might be a great link to send by email to any bush voters you correspond with.

A speaker at Democracy Fest who just got out of the Army after 25 years and was in Iraq recently said the infantry is down by 47%!!!!

Here is the Marine equivalent:

1. I feel sorry for recruiters
We have to have an army, right? Right now, they have the toughest job in the world. Another unspoken tragedy of this war.

That doesn't justify the tactics they're using. I'm just sayin'.

3. Oh most definitely.
The guy who spoke at Dem Fest talked about what a horrible job it is right now. It's never normally a "good" job in the military but right now it just sucks ass to be a recruiter.

But you're right, it doesn't excuse some of the extremely dishonest tactics being used.

6. No, that form is just to get information sent to someone.
I mean, yeah, someone will contact them, but the main purpose is to mail out information.

I'm not saying do it, I'm not saying don't do it. ;-)

My official position on that is neutral.
