that's what rush limbaugh's girlfriend just said on the channel i'm not supposed to be watching.

they were talking about porter goss and his revelation that he knows where bin laden is, and how he can't 'get to him' out of respect for other nation's sovereignty...(?)

so although we are defeating terror around the globe...(?) bin laden's whereabouts are known to the c.i.a., and al qaeda still threatens america with another terror attack.

all this, FOUR FUCKING YEARS AFTER NINE ELEVEN.

sorry, sometimes i get carried away and use coarse language ...

9. Rush's girlfriend is an anchor on CNN. As Jon Stewart would say,
"Damn you, liberal media!"

3. So bin Laden is wandering around free because we are respecting
the sovereignity of other nations? Please tell me that is supposed to be a joke. We go into Italy and other foreign countries and kidnap people and send them to be tortured, and we can't get bin Laden because we respect the sovereignity of other nations?

Oh for crying out loud. How damn dumb is the American public? If this were the case it would probably mean that he's safely in Saudi Arabia living high on the hog under the protection of the royal family. Or in Pakistan living at Musharraf's house. And it's not sovereignity that we're worried about, it's pissing those two countries off since they're such good allies (that's sarcasm folks).

8. but but but...
Our nation would *never* violate the political sovereignty or territorial integrity of another nation...why, that would be against international law. I mean, like, a war crime and stuff....

4. It's like the War on Drugs
They don't have anything to show for all the money they've spent, the "enemy" is stronger than ever, so give them more money so they can waste more and make their enemy even STRONGER!

10. The fact that the USA is involved in a "War on Terror..."
without even ONCE defining the word is the telling point. In short, it is WHATEVER THEY SAY IT IS AT THE TIME THEY SAY IT.

5. What, you have chronic low blood pressure?
Is that why you watch Faux? I know, I know, know thine enemy etc. The trouble with that is that you can now get the same garbage on almost any media outlet, including NPR.

I still take a peek at Faux, or listen to Rush once in a great while. But the length of time I can listen to these idiots without getting beyond pissed has become much shorter, so generally I don't bother. I salute you for being made of sterner stuff than I.

And of course Goss knows where bin Laden is, he is where he has been since 9/11, hanging out at Bebe Rebozo's old place in Boca Raton FL, where all bad Republicans go to lie low.

I do find it amusing that Goss is "respecting" another nation's sovereignty. That narrows down the list of countries immensely. After all, this misadministration has a long list of countries that it IS willing to invade.
