can he reform the UN. How likely is someone that doesn't like the UN and has bad relationships with the UN going to reform it. Bolton has zero international repect. Bolton seems lined up to be yet another Bush failure in a long line of bad Bush Co. ideas. If they really wanted to reform the UN they might first start with a canidate that is at least liked and likable.
