People aren't buying the Social Security-Plundering media diversion. And enough Terri Schiavo already (Jeb). Citizens don't like the government butting into marital rights or religious beliefs.

The president's war ratings are in the toilet. With thousands of US soldiers are dead or wounded and the Downing Street Minutes are getting more and more media attention, more and more citizens are taking a closer look at the motivations, preparations, and funding for the war.

More and more people are speaking out about the inconsistencies surrounding September 11th. We have not forgotten the Bush-Bin Laden family ties.

Coingate is brewing up a nice pot of political fraud in Ohio.

Most damaging to BushCo.: Corporate media, in an attempt to save it's own fiscal arse, is actually starting to report the corruption DU has known all along.

Who's the conspiracy theorist now? :tinfoilhat:

1. I don't love it. It makes me worried.
We know what happened last time *'s ratings stayed in the 40s for awhile. :scared:

12. Yeah, I'm with you there.
I wonder if someone in Vegas is taking bets on when
Cheney will order another "rally round the president"
national tragedy if things get too much worse for Chimpy.

3. You may want to remove "Thousands of US soldiers are dead or wounded. "
It looks as if you are celebrating that fact

6. Thanks for the suggestion.
I edited it to make my meaning more clear.

I certainly am NOT celebrating the fact that any lives, US or foreign, have been lost in this tragic and unecessary conflict. I do celebrate that people are putting the pieces together.

but since this is the web, and the public (including republicans) has clear view of our stuff, people may misconstrue your post...

Great Post, and thanks for the edit.

13. I'm glad that people are
starting to take notice, but at the same time I'm worried. To what further insane extent will the administration go to cover up, hide, deny, or worse...........what other horrible crisis wil they create to take our focus off of everything that is surfacing?

7. they overleveraged on the buyout and mismanaged badly

and when they'd had all the fun they wanted, they tried to steal the pension fund too as the company ran into the ground.

It's like Carl Icahn and TWA.

8. I'm just afraid that nothing more will be done about DSM & Bush's crime
It will just quietly go away, disappear from the news (if it ever really makes it there), and be forgotten without anything being resolved. This dude is like Teflon, nothing sticks to George.

10. They're starting to report the corruption.
Problem is, it's usually on page 29 of the newspapers.

It's the "Saddam hates Froot Loops" that gets the headlines.

14. It looks good right now; but we must stay vigilant:
they WILL try to spin out of all of it.
