Cops murdering a man and a prosecutor aiding and abetting that murder by refusing to present the evidence for the case of murder to the grand jury.
All Cops involved need to be , at a minimum, in prison for life as does the prosecutor, IMO.

I'd convict all cops involved of premeditated murder. Furthermore, I would impose the death penaty on all cops involved, and the prosecutor as he aided and abetted in the commission of torture and premeditated murder, if the DP was a possible penalty.
