President Bush will discuss concerns about human rights and religious freedoms as well as U.S. support for Vietnam's bid to join the World Trade Organization when he meets Prime Minister Phan Van Khai on Tuesday.

In the first visit by the leader of communist Vietnam to the United States since the Vietnam War, Bush and Khai will also talk about efforts to account for Americans missing from the war. The two countries resumed ties a decade ago.
