How do I post a small piece of audio from a full file?

I was hoping someone could help me post a piece of audio from a radio show. I have the full show file, but I only need the last 3-4 minutes of it. Here it is...it's from Nov 5, 2004 and there is a really powerful bit at the end that I think should be heard by everyone here at DU.(I think it should be our Theme). If anyone can help I would appreciate it so much...peace and love....Lisa :)
