Republicans really in trouble

We know that support for the Republicans has dropped, but I didn't know it was this bad.

According to email I just received from Ken Mehlman, I'm one of their strongest supporters. If so, they are really in trouble.

Here's the email from my buddy Ken. It would be worth responding if they would let me include a personalized message to the birthday card:

9. Well when Dean asks small states for help next year

they'll remember he actually showed up and gave them the time of day when Washington expected him to schmooze with big donors exclusively. They'll remember he actually gives a damn about them.

That should make a difference, no matter what Republicans are raising in the early going here as a result of their dominant position (i.e. in position to give lots and lots of goodies).

I got a photo of Bush and a thank you letter for a Republican victory in 2004. Hell, I've even gotten invitations to the president's appreciation dinners.
