"witch" is not an acceptable replacement for "bitch." I have some very good friends that happen to be witches. Plus I'm married to one.
"Warlock," on the other hand, which means "oathbreaker," is perfectly valid.

it was more along the lines of a gentle reminder than a rebuke. Kinda like explaining to my niece that it's silly to use the term "gay" as an insult synonymous with "stupid." She's fourteen and she caught on very quickly--knowing her she'll spread it among her friends and they'll all stop using it that way.
I told her it was especially silly since she has a very positive attitude toward gays.
