9. When I bartended I mentioned something to a customer of

mine, who happened to be from the south, that Richard Leakey may have found the missing link in Africa. This was back in the early seventies. (Now I know there is no missing link but a lot of people do believe it still.) Anyway to cut to the story, this guy had a hissy and said he would never accept that human ancestry was African.
