Let's do it for Mister Rogers.....
PLEASE call your congressman and tell him you support full funding for public television and radio. Current federal funding for public broadcasting amounts to only $1.85 per person per year. Come on everyone, call now....do it for Mister Rogers!

2. Unfortunately, that would put many of the smaller PBS stations
out of business. I happen to think that their children's programming is above and beyond anything else offered. Their other programs like Nova and Frontline are simply THE best. I think public TV is worth saving for everyone.

4. It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood,
It's a beautiful day in this neighborhood,
A beautiful day for a neighbor,
Would you be mine?
Could you be mine?

It's a neighborly day in this beautywood,
A neighborly day for a beauty,
Would you be mine?
Could you be mine?

I have always wanted to have a neighbor just like you,
I've always wanted to live in a neighborhood with you.

So let's make the most of this beautiful day,
Since we're together, we might as well say,
Would you be mine?
Could you be mine?
Won't you be my neighbor?

Won't you please,
Won't you please,
Please won't you be my neighbor?

Spoken: Hi television neighbor, I'm glad we're together again....

I'll have to call in the morning, but I WILL call! I've already emailed Durbin and Obama. :hi:
