So, what are some things we could drop federal funding for that
disproportionately assist the wealthy, those that don't want to pay taxes on their investment income or estates? Things that show that what they pay in taxes helps protect them?

What if we start with lowering the amount of deposits covered by FDIC from, $100,000 (or whatever it is) to only $10,000, and then make them pay their own insurance on deposits for the excess? Could this also be done with investment accounts insurance? Let private industry take over the insurance, since they want govt out of everything the private sector could handle.

1. First, reinstate the FULL estate tax, second, reinstate a progressive
income tax where the tax burden is borne by the wealthy.

totally used to? Something they feel entitled to? Like the govt protections for their wealth? I mention this because they are talking about doing this in ways that affect the middle class and poor disproportionately.

5. If most workers lose their heath insurance and pensions, I think
politicians should also.
