Heard a lot of talking about "civilian contractors" in Iraq. Thought I'd look it up. Just a few sites of info in case anybody is interested in who's taking the hits and who's making the bucks. Too bad we can't seem to find the funds to pay our troops a little better, or get the VA a little more funding.
But the DOD somehow finds the money to pay these "middle men," and damned good money it is. Wonder if this is how Rumsfeld "supports" the troops.
