Keyloggers on Dell computers???

I apologize if this is a repost, but it is the most frightening thing I've seen in a long, long time:

Is the BFEE deliberately installing chips into our computers to monitor us? Should everyone who has a computer made before 2001 junk it? Are my thoughts being monitored by Major League Baseball?
