Rep. Gene Taylor is my new hero.
i dunno about his past, but what im seeing on c-span is truely the act of greatness concerning the flag burning bill....

in summary he said :

my point of order is ... why are we taking the time to protect the flag, the symbol of our great nation, yet we are not taking care of the financial stability of our great nation

but i mean
u still hafta give him credit for saying what he did today on the floor.

definitely dont agree with the amendment he wants...
but on the same token u could say about his statement that...frankly..i dont want the government promoting any sexuality regardless ;)
