Definition of the physical desecration of the flag of the United States
The law that was just passed does not protect just flag-burning. It protects any physical desecration of the Flag of the U. S. What is that definition in the eyes of government?

1. I'm sure it's acceptable to keep a soiled & frayed flag on your SUV
as long as it's accompanied by a yellow ribbon on the rear of the vehicle.

3. What about making a shirt or poncho out of a flag?
would that be considered desecration?

6. What about all those stupid shirts and ties
that Wal-Fart sells? If you're wearing a flag tie and you dribble your Sam's Club coffee on it, does that mean you're headed for the pokey?

7. I saw a guy in an American Flag bathing suit
this past weekend at Busch Gardens, VA. I told him he should be ashamed of himself for farting on the flag. I think that should be defined as desecration.

He just kind of gaped at me and kept walking.
