In a speech today Rep. Cunningham(R-Cali) said this:

"Ask the men and women who stood on top of the Trade Center,Ask them and they will tell you: pass this amendment."

Once again these "people" are exploiting a national tragedy to try and undermine our rights as Americans. My question is, what does "standing on top of the World Trade Center" have two shits and a nickel to do with burning a flag? It is inflaming to me that these so called representatives of the public keep using things such as the WTC incident as a pedestal to push their censoring and maniacal belief system.

To Rep. Cunningham, I ask you to ask the people who signed the letters of their names to the constitution. Ask them and they will tell you: "Go to hell you demon of democracy".

We know from extensive studies that there was at least one flag in the World Trade Center. We also know that flag was partially or completely burned in the events of 9/11. But you know what? There was no law against the burning of that flag!
