Bush meeting in secret about Iraq

I'm listening to the Majority Report and it sounds like Maxine Waters on there. I came in late so I'm not for sure but it sounds like her. She's stating how Bush is meeting secretly about Iraq and they have to make a time table. Some are starting to come out and saying to him he has to do something and make an exit strategy. The White House is going to twist their arms and keep them from coming out. It's only from public pressure to get the soliders arms. Congressman Waxmine said there were irregularities of the money before it was handed over. Some people are saying the Bush administration are planning on going to Iran. She says there's no accountability with the money. They were supposed to have two sources for money. One was our tax's and the other were from the oil. The oil thing isn't working out because the insurgents are blowing up the fields and they aren't telling us where the money is going etc. Oh and it is Congresswoman Waters (she just ended the interview).
