One by one Bush's deceptions are building up a case against him.
His social security plan has been dead on arrival. He has been scared by Amnesty International's verdict that he is operating a Gulag at Gitmo. His entire Iraq fiasco needs dressing up with optimistic pronouncements.

The myth of popularity and invincibility he had built up in the wake of his staged incident,9/11, is pretty much over. While in the new TV age one can propagandize the population easily, the shelf life of that propaganda is also limited as the ratings plummet and the public craves a new face with a new story.

The entire Bush saga is about to reach a climax in the next few months as the Republican true believers, scared for their own future, begin to desert the sinking ship like the N.C. Congressman whose Freedom Fries popularity is now coming back to haunt him.

If he were a reading man, I would suggest he start reading The Last Days of Ceacescu.

1. OR....
we could have another "Pearl Harbor" type event that would gather the mindless masses firmly behind him again. Of course, that would make TWO horrible terrorist attacks on bush's watch, but that could (and would) be glossed over by the "Liberal Media". :eyes:

2. When Lying Murdering Sick Fucks have their backs against the wall.....
....they are dangerous Motherfuckers.
Nixon was forced to resign.
Do you think that Bush would be allowed to just resign and go play golf for the rest of his days here in the Information Age?
He is a War Criminal trying to keep this Ponzi Scheme going in this the Information Age.
When the Morans of the world find out that they have been fucked they will get plenty pissed. My fear is that the Dark forces like Limbaugh continue to turn the Morans toward the Dark thereby jeopardizing the rest of us.
I used to think that I wanted to know more, Eyes Wide, Ears Pricked. I'm not so sure any more.

3. Now that you mention it, it's been a while since I heard him described on
TV as being "well-liked" or "trusted" or "straight-forward"....In the past, whenever the so-called journalists reported anything negative about him they would always throw in the fact that the public
had such a high opinion of him personally!...

5. No matter how much you hate Shrub...
The ReThuglicans can, and will attempt to do the same thing again...

Shrubby cannot run again, so another shill must be found to run in his place...

The ReThuglican party is a MACHINE. When one part wears out, it is just replaced.

They will distance themselves from Shrub and his policies in order to get re-elected in 2006, and then they will find another talking head to run in 2008...

And I am sure that they are well aware of Ceacescu and Romainia, since they supported and repeatedly propped up the regime themselves...
