Does anyone know the status of mandatory kid screenings for mental health?

I know they're trying to start it in Illinois. I know nothing about my home state, Florida. I'm totally opposed to it. If my kid needs help (god forbid), I'll take him myself.

the law allowing all Americans to be tested starting with the kids. Don't be suprised if they start testing in schools next year. The Pharmaceutical companies are licking their chops over this...
