is anyone assembling the legal case for impeachment? . . .
seems to me that all of the evidence of BushCo's criminal activities will need to be confirmed, catalogued, and assembled into a coherent document so clear and so compelling that the American people will read it and DEMAND that Congress investigate . . .

anybody know of any individual or group working on something like this? . . .

3. Focus on getting a Democratic Congress in 2006,
then we can talk about impeachment.

4. I disagrree . . . it's important to get the facts out there . . .
in a concise, documented, and organized format to give people a complete overview of BushCo criminality . . . whether or not impeachment proceedings are initiated now is irrelevant . . . the case against BushCo needs to be laid out chapter and verse in a way that Americans can easily grasp . . .

5. Ramsay Clark has been at it for years

There is a great mp3 circulating with Clark talking about the imperial Presidency and how the founders forsaw this and mentioned it 5 times.

Article II, Section 4 provides:
The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of , Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.

Ramsay Clark: "It says 'shall' and for those who believe in the law could it be anything less?"
