you heard me right.

just did a story on the 3 missing boys from New Jersey(?) who are missing (possibly in the river?)

no, its not really "national" news (neither was the coverage of the other missing kids) BUT...

these 3 kids are NOT WHITE! :wow:

nope. 3 Hispanic children are missing this time. not a toe-head among them! don't appear to be affluent either *shocked*

so, credit where credit is due to CNN for reporting on missing children who appear to be NOT affluent OR pretty, blond, blue-eyed runway princesses.

sometimes even THEY get one right.

4. oh, agree 100% that this SHOULDN'T be national news
and would LOVE them to cover national/international issues. BUT at LEAST they gave SOME airtime to minority children.

not claiming they are right/perfect/even USEFUL but i'll give them THIS one in "their" scope of "news"
