honestly now, how many judges are really Liberal? |
|
no liberal I know could sentence nonviolent drug offenders, especially pot smokers, to prison.
I don't know a whole lot about the background of the SCOTUS members, but I am skeptical about the label "liberal" being used here. Are any of them REALLY liberal, or is it just a matter of contrast with the more "conservative" members?

2. I think it's the contrast. If you are to either extreme, you see a bigger |
|
difference in judges than moderates do.

3. Most judges are "Liberal" like... |
|
most of the media is "Liberal". It is a fallacy. Period. It is an illusion that is cynically cultivated by the neo-cons as part of their plan to divide and conquer American and, then, the World.

But that's not really the point with the property decision. The point is that the ones closest to the left (even though that may be to the right of a centrist) voted for the corporations, and the most batshit psycho crazy ultra right judges voted correctly.
It's almost as if someone switched the judges' names on the decisions around as prank... that's how bad it is. Arguments about the most left leaning judges not being liberal is no argument in this situation.
