What I find interesting about the timing regarding the ED decision...

What I find interesting about the timing regarding the ED decision...
We are on the verge of a housing bust, so china mart wants to expand, covering the entire state of, say, Mississippi, then the housing market collapses. Now, what was deemed before as "compensation" for the plot of land that a family and their house occupies will probably be a lot less then before the bust.

So now it's like waiting for the other shoe to drop. When the bust happens and it will, watch the corps swoop in like vultures on carcass
