He breathes in and out every day, many times a day. He seems to process oxygen and turn it into carbon dioxide.
He walks upright and without falling about 80% of the time (estimated). Yeah, that's not a good number for someone who is adult and not otherwise physically disabled, but at least he doesn't fall down more than that.
Only once have I seen him with his zipper undone in public. It's probably happened more often than that, but I've only seen the one time. So there's that.
He doesn't normally slobber on himself. (But there was that debate...)
Mmmmm, that's it. That's all I've got.
(And how sad is it that the above was the best I could come up with about him? Seriously.)

1. Well, he's still a humanoid. |

His eyes appear to function.

Yes, his eyes do appear to function. Most of the time. Sometimes I wonder.
But yeah, I'll give you that.

6. I don't think they work well, though. |

Or all the time.
That's why I never mentioned his ears.
So, let's see. The only thing that he really does at 100% (besides his fucked up and evil shit) is to breathe in and out.

5. Breathes well, but smells bad |

I think he may be rotting from the inside of his skull outwards. One day he'll be stammering while mispronouncing a common word and schlurp! his head will cave in like a rotten pumpkin.

11. Well, I hate to tell you this. |

But that's not his actual package. Just more evidence he's a stupid motherfucker who couldn't follow the directions he was given about wearing that damn thing.

I was just kidding.
But I did hear that he sported the codpiece in order to court the women's vote. And that I believe he would be stupid enough to do.
