I'm listening to Malloy and have pressed pause some and just now listening to this guy called in and said that their constiution is the same as when Saddam was taken out. So of course nothing surprises me. A couple of months ago I remember Malloy talked about their constiution and he told how people couldn't sue corporations (nice for Halliburton eh?). That's the main thing I remember from it. So much for freeing Iraq huh?

1. They could use our Constitution for a while
We aren't using it anyway.

2. That doesn't sound right
What did the caller mean exactly when he said the two constitutions are the same?

...well, a link to it - transitional.

I can't imagine it being the same under Sadddam. Is there a constitution after this transitional one?

4. The Iraq Constitution under Hussein was a very good one.
The changes in the new one will be less freedoms, more Sharia laws, especially for women.
