How they must laugh at our inability to stop them
i bet they sit around at night over a few drinks and just laugh their asses off at our seeming impotence and lack of will. they probably bust a gut talking about how easy it all is, and how far they could actually take things if they wanted to.

i assume they are often in stitches thinking about how cheney and rove made such huge profits and gigantic social change on such a short timetable. And their sides hurt from laughing about how perfectly the project for the new american century is going.

and i'll bet they laughed the loudest on the nights that the first election was handed to them by the supremes, the jets crashed into the buildings, and the night the war in iraq started. oh and of course on re-election night, they laughed till they could hardly breath.

well, he who laughs loudest, laughs last.

7. I dunno
the atmosphere seems different now - their tacts are so shrill and dishonest, and their one trick war-on-terror act is wearing thin. Rove's little stunt backfired badly - instead of calling attention away from the DSM, he's calling attention to what a bunch of dicks they all are.

4. People are asking
and they keep giving the same regurgitated talking points. Tuesday nights speech is going to be unbearable to watch as once more the boy chimperor will take the podium and smirk while talking about the death of our soldiers and that to leave would be wrong and they wou;d have died in vain blah blah blah freddom must be spread for us to be safe. Same old same old. Not one Congressman has mentioned impeachment yet or gotten the wheels roling. I feel helpless as ever for some reason.

6. People need to not pay attention to house votes....
There are investigations being conducted now into DSM and no one dare mention impeachment in front of the fascists......Even a real investigation beginning in the Senate, co-sponsors Kerry and 6 others.

9. Scarier thought...
Maybe they aren't laughing at all.

Could be they think they're actually "doing the right thing".

Yeek!
