The Nays have it (help please!)

I was listening to Randi Rhodes today and I only got to catch a bit of the show but she played a ridiculous clip of some oral house vote (I think?) that went something like this:

All those in favor
*lots of people saying "yay"*
All those opposed
*only few saying "nay"*
"The nay's have it"
*outraged congress grumbling*

I can't find any link to this anywhere online, would love to have an audio file, and would love to know what this was about, and was a hand vote called afterwards, what is the story, can somebody help me here?

1. Yes, I can tell you AAR is referring to the house floor vote on......

.....Sensenbrenner. They were voting on tabling the resolution to rebuke Chairman Sensenbrenner for his violation of rules. The nays had it and it was tabled for later vote.(Aka defeated) Sensenbrenner deserves to be fired and rebuked.

I thought it concerned not allowing companies like United to dump their pension responsibilities on the taxpayer. I also caught it briefly on the radio but don't really know anything else about it.

The clip Randi was playing yesterday had to do with making taxpayers liable for the airlines pension funds (or something to that effect).

I too just caught that liitle snippet on Randy Rhodes - haven't heard any followup. I can tell you though that it is a natural for The Daily Show. :)
