2. DSM text should suffice...
My big wake up call was that I thought Colin Powell was an individual of integrity but ultimately came to a contrary conclusion

3.  I know what you mean..I'm not sure if i have a conclusion about Colin
I think he got out of there because he must have seen a seriously corrupt administration coming at him head on and blocking his efforts. I'd like to think we were not wrong about him...but he had a livelihood to protect and finally got out of a position that was working against his principals.

going kinda soft on Colin Powell, aren't you? My God! He was the man who was put out front & center in front of the entire world to sell justification for the war! You had to know he knew the truth was contrary to his arguments!

Video & text of Galloway testifying at Normie's hearing:

It took a Freedom Of Information Act to pry these pictures out of our government:

http://www.gwu.edu/~nsarchiv/NSAEBB/NSAEBB152/index.htm

The following URL shows a few of our 12,000 wounded and maimed soldiers. CAUTION- contains some VERY graphic pictures:

As I write this, the total number of US military deaths in Iraq is 1,737. You might have your friend nose around the ICCC web site. Link:

And of, the proof positive * intended to take us to war:

If you friend is a bit curious, here's a few Google searches to try:
Google: US torture torture US
Google: US rendition rendition
Google: abu gharib
Google: baghram detention
Google: smedley d. butler

on edit to add Smedley Darlington Butler to google searches.
