The sudden emergence of Rove, Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld simultaneously shows the level of panic that has set in.As the faithful desert this sinking ship,he clings to the old remedies that seemed to work.The DSM has just about made it impossible for him to sell his snake oil.Many people have started to wonder what did he know about 9/11 and when did he know it?

His big mistake may have been attacking the Social Security System.When he did that he revealed his true, heartless self.And that is something both blue staters and red staters agree on. That we should give our elderly parents dignity in their old age.Bush badly miscalculated on that issue. The overflow and bad taste from that is now affecting his credibility on every other issue.

He is not just a lame duck.He is politically dead.
