Prepared for war against who?

If Rove is speaking the truth:

Conservatives (AKA the Bush Klan and the Far Right) saw the attacks and prepared for war.

BUT

WHAT IF Domestic Terrorists caused the 9/11 attacks?

We all know that RW'ers would never go to war with Klansmen, Neo-Nazis, and Far Right Fascists.

Rove could be admitting that that they 'knew' that a foreign power 'perpetrated' 9/11 from the time of the first plane hitting the WTC.

Could this be evidence of LIHOP/MIHOP?

And I think the most likely answer is that the Feds simply understood there was a threat of attack and did nothing. They wanted it to happen.

We all know how richard clarke explained that the White House wouldn't even look at al qaeda.

when Bush said in his press conference in the classroom on 9/11 "this is the first war of the 21st century"?

The dust hadn't even settled on the WTC and he was declaring war...

His comment made sense. I thought "war" when I saw the second plane smash into the building on TV. What doesn't makes sense are the "coincidences" of having the war games the same day, the put options, etc. I would STILL like to wage war against those that attacked us. The Republicans have done a miserable job with that!! They won't even go after Bin Laden, and they know where he is???? I guess they are going to roll him out before the next election, like they did in November 2004!!
