UN: We did it to save you, now shut up and give us money

It never ceases to amaze me just how out of the loop the Bush Administration is. They talk about wanting the UN's help for weeks. Bush's numbers are plummeting.

But they go into timewarp. Nevermind that no WMD have been found. Never mind that he just admitted Sept. 11th had nothing to do with Saddam.

Never mind all that. This speech isn't for you! It's for the American people.

But, don't they understand that the majority of the American people want the UN to take over a larger role in Iraq?

Didn't they notice that Bush's oval office speech, asking for 87 billion, resulted in a five point drop in his popularity?

This thinking that they will take care of us, talk down to us. and generally act like the "ruling class' drives me nuts. It goes along with the make up of any rich paeople I have met also. Money gets mixed up with brains. Look a hooker can make 600 an hour so much for brains. Look at docs some are so bad you run from them. Yet they think they are smart in every thing. A study was made on them once. They have ave IQ and this one thing. They can put off making a living longer than the ave person. God help us from the people who wish to rule us.
