Nobody seems to realize Bin Laden has required kidney dialysis for years. Think about it, cave dweller, dialysis patient, DUH.

That time before the war when all his "estranged" family (and a few CIA) came to visit him in the hospital? He's dead, been dead for quite awhile.

If he's not dead, he's been receiving the best medical attention money can buy, while on the run, living in caves, dodging 5,000 pound bombs.
