So why isn't capturing him the Bush administration's top priority? Goss says that "international obligations" complicate matters, but what happened to the president who said countries were either "with us or against us" in the war on terror?
Why is bin Laden still free to send video messages to al Qaeda recruits and plan more attacks against American citizens?
Bush has let this murderer go free for far too long. If we know where he is, then it's time for bin Laden to feel the full brunt of America's military might.
