Just a thought, it would be far more effective there than it would here (Toronto). Build a website, short and simple with the various crimes (US or international) committed by various administration officials along with links to support those charges - things like unprovoked agression against a sovereign state, crimes against humanit, torture, kidnapping, lying to congress etc. Then put up "Wanted" posters (as real looking as possible) with pictures of Rice, Cheney, Bush, Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz etc (and the web address) on public bulletin boards, light poles etc - maybe that will make the message sink in for some people who aren't paying attention.

1. Nice, but they'd have to specify 'for arrest and trial' |

otherwise DHS could consider them to be hit lists. Definitely do NOT want "Dead Or Alive" wording on them.
(Unlike the wanted posters put up by certain anti-choice activists, depicting doctors who perform abortions.)

2. Sure..no death threats |

I'd also only do one person to a poster - it has more impact that way. And get creative with some of the charges: Gross negligence resulting in death comes to mind. Unfortunately "Operating a country while under the influence" is not defined as a crime.
