When you get a traffic ticket or DUI, they work with some insurance companies to investigate your driving record, etc...

Katherine Harris selected (so much for citizen oversight and competitive bidding) Accenture to replace ChoicePoint after 2000 ... I believe whatever it is they did was in place for Jeb's "re-election" ... testing 1 - 2 - 3 testing ... I doubt if anyone saw a Statement of Work to be done with the voter database, etc., which is typical in subcontracting work ...
Andersen accounting separated Accenture into its own entity - both are headquartered off-shore in Bermuda
