Re: Shark Attacks. In the summer of 2001, the most reported topic
on the Big Three News stations were shark attacks.

Not 2002, or 2003, or 2004... Or any other time when the *president's numbers were above 50%

2. I've heard of this
Very interesting and very worrisome indeed. Was Laura and the girls around that time?

3. were the attacks in those "off" years to any US people? I think I heard
there are an average of 5-7 a year, or is that too high? Maybe the media doesn't know how to report across U.S. lines...

4. Oh, come on, they assholes, they're powerful
But I doubt sharks listen to them. Yet. When they move into shark propaganda, all bets are off.

5. Jeb Bush pays them really well. Even sharks listen when the money's good.

6. I lived in Fl then,
and I remember hearing about it almost every day.

It was BEFORE there was anything else to talk about. After 9/11, two people got eaten in a week, and there was only a small notice. It's a matter of what else is going on, not the president's numbers.
