1. Just last week in Raich V Ashcroft
Scalia came down with the "liberal" justices saying that the Feds could call a woman growing a plant in her own house for her own use as being "interstate commerce" while Thomas was on the dissenting side, asserting that it was no such thing.

5. BINGO! (and he was absolutely right, too)
the world is upside down, but Thomas was dead on the fucking money.

2. I doubt it. I question Thomas because he doesn't seem to have an opinion
of his own at all! All I ever hear is that he doesn't ever ask any quesitons during presentations to the court. The few times I've ever seen him speak on cspan, it's been very noncommital. I actually wonder what would happen if he were trapped on a court where there was really a tie. Would he, or could he even make a decision of his own???

8. I think Clarence is outclassed on this court
He apparently doesn't ask questions or say much. Probably copies from Scalia's paper.

My two most un-favorite justices.

10. I agree
I don't think Thomas adds anything on this court, he's completely outclassed.

Scalia on the other-hand, I like as a justice. I disagree more often with him than not, but I still think he brings an original and valid viewpoint to the law. I think he probably adds a lot ot discussions and helps the court make sure they see all sides of an issue.
